I am too depressed about Tibet to eat or cook. It is the worst uprising since 1959. The Chinese govt will make Tibet pay dearly.
Hopefully I will get my cooking/eating mojo back this weekend. I am planning to try recipes for cinnamon rolls, Sichuan fish, and pasta w/ meat sauce if I can get motivated.
its a time of rebirth and renewal. Focus on that, send it to them, and to yourself...
