A fellow local blogger has scored a couple of recipes from her experience at Z Kitchen: heirloom tomato salad with sottocenere al tartufo panino and sunchoke and chorizo puree. I cannot wait to try the panino in particular! Can't beat melted truffle cheese, fresh tomatoes and bread!
